Justin has been a resident of the Grand Strand area since 1996. He moved here from Woodstock GA, just outside of Atlanta. Justin went to school at Carolina Forest High School while working with a master carpenter. Once September 11, 2001 occurred, he then enlisted in the Army as a Combat Engineer, he served from March of 2002 to March of 2005 and spent 13 months in a number of areas in Iraq with the 70th Engineer Battalion stationed out of Ft. Riley KS. After the Army, he then moved back to Myrtle Beach and worked as a draftsman for a structural engineering firm and majored in Construction Management. Justin owned a very successful kitchen and bathroom remodel company completing around 70 remodels annually. Justin and Josh partnered together to establish Bella Homes.
Justin has sat on the Young Professional Networking Committee and the Hospitality Committee with the CCAR. He has graduated from the 2017 Leadership Committee with the Conway Chamber and now sits on Board of Directors at the Conway Chamber. Justin owns Rivertown Property Inspections and was awarded the 2017 Affiliate of the Year Award with the CCAR which, is the first time a home inspection company has received this award. Justin has also helped with local Habitat Builds and continues to serve his local community.
Josh has over 25 years building experience and has been involved in over 120 homes and 350 additions/renovations. His previous company has won numerous awards including the South Carolina Women’s Magazine Gold Medal award as top renovation/remodeler in 2017. For 10 years he has been accredited with the BBB with an A+ rating and he is the Education Coordinator for the Business Network International chapter in Myrtle Beach.
Josh has been a resident of the Grand Strand since 2000. Hailing from Montgomery NY, where he spent his youth as a master builders apprentice, Josh quickly set deep roots at the beach. When he’s not designing and building, he moonlights with the Murder Mystery Dinner theater at the world famous House of Blues as an actor and writer. On most weekends you can find him with his 50th Anniversary Fender Stratocaster or playing piano at church.
