Josh Moro
From my roots in Montgomery, NY I started this path as a master builder’s apprentice in my teens. I learned so much in that time and gained an appreciation of that ‘old school’ work ethic and attention to detail. Fast forwarding to my move in Myrtle Beach in 2000, A few years later I was given the opportunity to join a housing development project in the sales department, and then I worked my way up as an operations manager. In 2008 I went out on my own and started the roots of what had blossomed into Bella Homes that you know of today. I continued to stay committed to my craft I devoted myself to become a general contractor and home builder that does my best to operate at a high capacity and tries each day to be a man my wife, 5 kids and God would be proud of.
Working in this industry for 16+ years can be challenging, however I learned to always be committed to my craft, clients and community around me. At Bella Homes we strive to be committed and loyal to our clients because thats what are all about. We will work with people from the first day and see them all the way to completion. I’m continuing to develop a wonderful team and though my roots in the ‘old school’ are very much a part of my DNA, I love the technological advancements and system tools available to my industry. I made an intentional decision that we wouldn’t waste money with enormous overhead, but invest in the company and the clients we work for by having the best and most current tools available on every level.
When I’m not designing and building, I moonlight with the Murder Mystery Dinner theater at the world famous House of Blues as an actor and writer. Thats been my ‘fun’ job since 2009 and it really is an amazing outlet. I love taking my wife, Sara, and our kids Matthew, Isaiah, Bella Jonathan, and Emery on trips to Carowinds and Disney World creating memories. On most weekends you can find me playing guitar piano or drums at church. I love this SC weather and in the spring and fall I coach softball with my oldest daughter…the Bella of Bella Homes.
